To Whom It May Concern:

I was at a point in my life where I wanted to start looking into other career opportunities, but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do. I knew I loved to dance and was wondering if there was any way I could incorporate some kind of dance into a career. A friend of mine suggested that I give Dave Thiermann a call. I liked Dave from the very first meeting. He has a friendly and supportive way about him along with a lot of information to share. One of the things I liked most about Dave was his "anything is possible" attitude. When I would mention an idea he would say, "OK, let's get you started doing that!" or "Contact this person, he/she is a friend of mine and they've been doing that for several years."

Dave also used some tests to help clarify what I was good at and what I was motivated to do. I found this really helpful because it showed me that even though I was skilled in a particular area, I wasn't motivated to do that type of work. Another thing I realized was that I could transfer the skills I was good at into the type of work I was motivated to do. What a concept, doing what I was good at in the field that I loved! It seems pretty straight forward, doesn't it? But you'd be amazed at how someone who is very good at what they do can help you see more positive things about yourself and how that can lead to opportunities that you might not have even thought were possible.

I really enjoyed my sessions with Dave, and I'm very grateful for his insight and support as well as for the numerous ideas and contacts he gave me. If you are at a point in your life where you are thinking of making a change and need some help, guidance, information, a good listener, a coach, a teacher, and someone who really wants to help you achieve your dream, then I encourage you to give Dave a call.
